Shipping Policy

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you complete payment for your order. The confirmation email means that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we prep your item for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
The delivery time frame is 10-21 business days however, you may receive your items earlier depending on your location. Our items are unique and sometimes made to order thus our delivery time is bit longer than the average mass produced items our competitors provide. You will receive a shipped notification and tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided during checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, please follow up with us at reapandsewn@gmail.com.
All orders can be cancelled in the following 12 hours the order is confirmed. You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. Please note you cannot cancel your order after it has shipped. If you order has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that was used when placing your order.
